1. Seller Agreement By registering as a seller on the GetDirect platform ("Seller Panel"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with GetDirect as a listed restaurant or food business. 2. Registration & Verification You must provide accurate business information during registration, including your FSSAI license number, GST details (if applicable), and valid contact information. GetDirect reserves the right to verify this information and reject applications that do not meet our standards. 3. Listing & Pricing You are responsible for keeping your menu, pricing, and availability information up to date on the Seller Panel. GetDirect displays your pricing alongside competitors for comparison purposes. You acknowledge and consent to this comparison display. 4. Commission & Fees Commission rates and any applicable fees will be communicated to you at the time of onboarding. GetDirect reserves the right to revise commission structures with 30 days prior written notice. 5. Order Fulfillment You are solely responsible for the preparation, quality, and timely delivery of orders placed through your restaurant. GetDirect is not liable for any issues related to food quality, hygiene, or delivery delays on your end. 6. Content & Branding You grant GetDirect a non-exclusive license to use your restaurant name, logo, menu images, and descriptions for display on our platform. You warrant that you have the rights to all content you upload. 7. Compliance You must comply with all applicable laws, including FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, GST requirements, and local licensing regulations. Any violation may result in immediate removal from the platform. 8. Data Sharing GetDirect may share anonymised, aggregated data about pricing trends and order volumes. We will never share your confidential business data with competitors without your consent. 9. Suspension & Termination GetDirect may suspend or remove your listing if you violate these Terms, receive repeated customer complaints, or fail to maintain food safety standards. You may also voluntarily deactivate your account with 7 days notice. 10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes between you and GetDirect shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. 11.
