A Registered Seller can connect to the ONDC network through a seller application. Sellers are also responsible for digitizing the seller’s catalog. Additionally, ONDC trains sellers on best practices in e-commerce to ensure quality fulfillment and provide a positive buying experience for customers. Sellers can add 3% to 6% to the cost of their products inclusive or exclusive of product price. Always sellers decide the price.
